How long does it take to get set up?
Most practices are fully live within 7–10 business days. Week one we build your automated system and configure everything for your specific products and client profile. Week two we launch ads and follow-up sequences. You'll typically see your first automated leads within the first 14 days.
Do I need to do anything once it's running?
Very little. You'll attend a monthly strategy call, review your report, and occasionally approve new ad creative. Everything else — follow-up, lead capture, review requests, re-engagement campaigns — runs automatically. We handle it.
What technology powers the system?

Are there long-term contracts?
We work month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't lock you into long contracts because we expect our results to be the reason you stay. We do ask for a 90-day initial commitment to give the system enough time to calibrate — results compound over time.
Is this compliant with insurance and financial services regulations?
We build all automated communications with TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance standards in mind — including proper opt-in language, unsubscribe mechanisms, and required disclosures. All messaging templates are reviewed by the client before deployment. You remain responsible for ensuring all marketing meets your state licensing requirements, FINRA rules, and any carrier or FMO guidelines that apply to your practice. We strongly recommend reviewing all content with your compliance officer before going live. During onboarding, we treat the first two weeks as compliance onboarding — all templates, sequences, and messaging are reviewed and approved by your compliance officer before anything goes live.
Do you work with captive agents or only independents?
We work with both independent agents and captive agents. For captive agents, we build the system around whatever marketing activities are permitted under your carrier agreement. During your onboarding call, we'll map out exactly what's allowable for your situation before we build anything.
What ad budget do I need on top of the management fee?
Ad spend requirements vary based on your market, target audience, and growth goals — we scope this during your onboarding call so there are no surprises. We optimize aggressively to keep your cost per qualified lead as low as possible.
